Proper. A call-up in a Disco Derby Competition having a difficulty of breathing.
The crew arrived at the Barangay Office where the 2 patient was held, the crew
assess and interviewed the 2 patient what happen and prior to what they do that
cause the difficulty of breathing they had. They answered that they were
contestant. They need to extend their limits to win the competition. Then after
the excessive dance they felt heavy breathing. The crew reassess the 2 patient
seen no life threatening complications and recommend to rest to regain health.

Motorcycle Accident in San Pedro Molo
3:30 PM of
May 25, 2012 in Brgy. San Pedro, Molo, ICER Medic 2 ambulance was called for a
first aid for a motorcycle accident; the first patient we saw is a female with
abrasion on the left lower leg, after first aid was applied and gets her vital
signs we saw a male patient with abrasion at his left upper arm, we knew that
he was the driver of the motorcycle whom hit our female patient whose
eventually walking in the sidewalk when the accident happen. The female patient was recommended to be brought to the hospital but refused. (JPB)Friday, May 25, 2012
ICER response to a male struck by a motorcycle at MH del Pilar, Molo
A foreigner riding
a motorcycle hit a 59 year old male in MH del Pilar Street, Molo last May 24,
2012 at around 8:30pm. The 59 year old male was brought to the nearest hospital
in Iloilo Doctors’ Hospital. While the foreigner were treated of his injury at
the scene by ICER Medic 3 ambulance team. Here’s GMA TV 6 Iloilo, Ratsada News

Fiesta in La Paz.. Drunk beaten and all involve, jail ends up

at La Paz Police Station was crowded with drunken fighters and brawler. Complains
comes in every hour. Shots fly to the air and slugs were recovered. ICER was
called every time there were injured or victims brought to the police station. One
was captured through documents cam that time. Five persons were involved on the
case. The two men were about to ride on to a jeepney when suddenly one was hit
by a bottle on the head resulting to a brawl. Uninformed police was on the
scene when the five males brawl started. The off duty police radio in for back
up and brought to the station for investigation. Both parties won’t settle ends
up to the jail plus the police saw from the beginning until he entered and stop
the brawl. The two of the man whom about to ride a jeepney was hit on the head
and ICER applied medical treatment while TV media fest with the man for an

May 25, 2012 First Aid at the new Iloilo City Hall
8:30 AM of
May 25, 2012. In new Iloilo City hall, ICER was called for a first aid for a
government employee; the patient was a female with abrasion on the left knee.
The crews of Medic 2 ambulance proceeded on the 4th floor on the said location
and treat the female patient. No life threat to the patient, and after first

Beaten Face in Jaro Police Station & Motorcycle Accident in Arevalo
May 24, 2012
at pass 3:00 am, just after the stub patient brought to WVSU Medical Center.
Another call was being brought to Medic 2 Ambulance to proceed to Jaro Police Station.
A drunken man was beaten on the face by another man who insulted him. Medic 2
arrives at the Police Station and assesses the patient. Vital sign was stable and
applied medical treatment of the man’s beaten face. At the same time, a call
through police radio that a motorcycle slams into the wall of the store in
Arevalo near the Plaza. Medic 3 Ambulance proceeded to the Motorcycle Accident.
Base on the radio report. All patients are not threatening. All passengers in the motorcycle

Stabbing Call-up in La Paz Public Market arrived in Brgy. Montinola, Jaro
May 24, 2012
at 1:45 am, Medic 2 Ambulance proceeded to Brgy. Montinola, Jaro Police Sub-Station
for a patient was stub. Upon arrival, the crew assesses the stab patient. But the
young male patient was not in a life threatening sustained injury. Upon interview
to the patient, it happens in La Paz Public Market in-front of Grand Dame Hotel.
After he was stub, the patient and his fellow young buddies ride CPU jeep and former
ICER was riding with the same jeepney. They all proceeded to the nearest Sub-Police
Station in Brgy. Montinola. He also added he knows who stub him. The crew applied
first aid and proceeded to their home in San Isidro relocation site to let the
guardian know and informed them to proceed to the hospital. The guardian hop in
after the crew informed what happen. The crew proceeded to WVSU Medical Center.

Iloilo International Airport First Evacuation Drill
On May 21,
2012, the Iloilo International Airport invites the Regional Disaster Risk
Reduction Management Council together with the Iloilo City Disaster Risk
Reduction Management Office including the response team ICER joined the evaluate
of the first Iloilo International Airport Evacuation Drill. It’s started at
around 9:00 in the morning with lecture of the evacuation plan and route in the
airport and also important matter to know about the location of every
department and operations. After, at noon, lunch break and prepare for the
evacuation drill at 2:00 pm. Then at 3:30 in the afternoon they executed the evacuation
drill. It lasted over 20 minute’s tops. Not bad for the first time to have
evacuation drill exercise. After the drill, the team debriefs the evacuation

Tanduay First 5 Concert and the crowd
The crowd started
to build-up last Saturday, May 19, 2012 at around 5:00 pm on the gates of the
Iloilo Sport Complex for the Tanduay First 5 Concert. The crowd reaches more
than 8, 000 spectators inside the venue. The grandstand can accommodate 3,000
spectators while on the field 8,000. Wolfgang started the concert proper at
around 8:00 pm with grand opening display of music and fireworks. That time the
crowd was only around 3,000. By 9:00pm it already reach 5, 000. At around 10:50
in the evening, the crowd reaches 7,000 and while the rain poured hard at the same time spectators stayed on the field covering half of it. While some
run towards the grandstand. At 12:00 mid-night Rico Blanco performed together
with all the bands and guest for the finale. The event ends at pass 1:30 in the morning.

at around 12:30am at the height of the Tanduay First 5 Concert in Iloilo, two patients
were responded by the EMS duty by the Iloilo City Emergency Responders (ICER). The first
was call in the field medical station by EMT-A Randy who was the team leader in
that area. A female in the late teens was collapse in the middle of the field. Teams
rush to the scene and brought to the medical treatment area near ICER Medic 2
Ambulance. Base on the information gave by team leader; the patient was
collapse due to hyperthermia from the heavy rain earlier that night. The patient
was assess and reported to the event medical control to be transported to the
events’ recommended hospital in WVSU Medical Center. The second patient was a
male in the mid-30s also collapse at the same time while the first patient
was reported. The second patient was collapse due to stress throughout the
nights activities. He collapse inside the VIP area at the
back stage. The second patient was a staff of Tanduay base in Metro Manila. He
was also brought to WVSU Medical Center. (ebsp)
