Weather Bulletin Number TWELVE Tropical Cyclone Warning: Tropical Storm "OFEL" (SON-TINH) Issued at 5:00 p.m., Thursday, 25 October 2012 Tropical Storm "OFEL" has accelerated while maintaining its strength and continues to move towards the West Philippine Sea. Location of Center: (as of 4:00 p.m.) 40 km West of Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro Coordinates: 14.2°N, 119.1°E Strength: Maximum sustained winds of 75 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 90 kph Movement: Northwest at 24 kph Forecast Positions/Outlook: Friday afternoon:530 km West of Vigan City, Ilocos Sur
	Areas Having Public Storm Warning Signal PSWS # Luzon Visayas Mindanao Signal No. 1 (30-60 kph winds) Metro Manila Bataan Zambales Cavite Batangas Northern part of Mindoro Lubang Island None None
	Public storm warning signal elsewhere is now lowered. Residents living in low lying and mountainous areas are alerted against possible flashfloods and landslides.
