At 4:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression "ODETTE" was estimated based on all available data at 830 km East of Tuguegarao City (17.9°N,130.7°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 kph. It is forecast to move West at 7 kph. Southwest Monsoon affecting Central and Southern Luzon and Visayas.
