Low Pressure Area developing in South-East portion

At 4:00 am today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA)was estimated based on all available data at700 km East of General Santos city (5.8°N, 132.0°E) embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao.
