Moderate to heavy rains of 30-50 mm will be experienced across the other portions of Visayas and Bicol especially along the coastal and mountain slope areas through Tuesday morning due to the cloudiness brought about by the LPA (Tropical Disturbance 91W) and the enhanced surge of the Northeast Monsoon (Hanging Amihan). Residents living in hazard-prone areas are advised to take precautionary measures against flash floods and landslides.
