LPA as of 4am (1-21-2014)


At 4:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 415 km East Southeast of Davao City (6.5°N 129.5°E). Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas.
