Non-stop response from 10 in the evening up to 12 mid-night


At around 10:30pm tonight, ICER was informed by the police about a person lying on the street in the vicnity of Ledesco Village. The caller informed that the patient was possibly hit by a tricycle or a light vehicle. Rescue 1 ambulance was dispatched to the scene. Upon arrival it was noted that the patient had sustained minor injuries and only wanted to be transported to his home which was also in Lapaz. The team treated and packaged the patients injuries transported him to his house. 


At around 11:15pm, while on the way back to the office, Rescue 1 was diverted to Molo for a motorcycle accident. Dispatch received a call about a motorcycle accident involving two patient at the vicinity of Andoks Molo. Medic 3 was already enroute, while Rescue 1 was dispatched to the scene as they were on the  way back to the office. Medic 3 was the first unit on the scene, and reported two patients, a male and a female. Upon assessment the team noted that the female patient has sustained a possible fracture on the leg. The team from Medic3 immobilized and packaged the female patient. After a few minutes of Medic3's arrival Rescue 1  arrived at the scene, and handled the male patient, which was noted upon assessment to have sustained only minor injuries. After applying treatment to his injuries, he accompanied his passenger to the hospital along with Medic3 team. They were transported to Western Visayas Medical Center(WVMC). 


At around 11:45pm when Medic3 was enroute to WVMC the police personnel on scene informed the Rescue1 team that there is another patient at the Molo Police Station. Rescue1 informed dispatch about the patient and signified that they would take the call and proceed to the station as they are already near the area. Upon arrival the team found the a male patient with a 1/4 inches deep laceration due to blunt trauma by a hard object, that he sustained while walking in their neighborhood in Molo. The assessed the patient and provided initial treatment, the team then recommended the patient to obtain further medical and surgical treatment in the hospital. The team then informed dispatch that the patient decided for transport to Western Visayas State University Medical Center(WVSUMC), the team radioed-in their initial findings for hospital endorsement. The team upon confirmation of acceptance from WVSUMC proceeded with the transport. 



While enroute back to the office Medic3 was diverted to Jaro, dispatch received a call that an old man was found bleeding near Reds Restaurant in Jaro. Upon arrival the team found the patient lying on the sidewalk , the team then assessed the patient for injuries and possible cause of the bleeding, further assessment revealed that the patient sustained minor abrasions, lacerations, and blunt trauma all over his body. The team also noted that the person was also a previous patient of the team, and in the very same area. Treatment and packaging was performed, vital signs were assessed, and the patient was transported to his home as per his request.


The calls lasted until 12:30 in the morning. (ICER-061; djgp)

    the way this was written does not give justice to the amount of work your team does for the city.
