A night shift staff on the way to the office for his duty. When suddenly two female crossing a pedestrian lane in-front of YMCA in Iznart Street was hit by a Lapaz jeep without a headlights. The two was nurses of St. Paul's Hospital base initial report of ICER Staff (Bernard) on the scene. He quickly report the accident via emergency radio. ICER dispatch Medic 3 on the scene and learn that one of the patient was disoriented. Both patient was brought to St. Paul's Hospital. (ICER-061)
