Noon time stroke attack

A person reported nearly falls in Molo Plaza, Iloilo by a auxiliary traffic police on the radio & through Emergency 117 caller that gets our attention and proceed to the said location. It was around noon time on April 11, 2010. When we arrive at the scene, we immediately access the patient condition and find out the he is suffering from stroke. Due to patient condition, we ask permission to take a look on his wallet and look for any information to know he is and where he lives. We found out that the patient is one of our former government employee under former Mayor Malabor. Also includes on his ID, info where he lives and immediately look for his folks or relatives on the area. After few minutes of searching for his relative. We told his son his condition and told him that we need to bring him to the nearest hospital for immediate action.

  1. ssuffering from heat stroke or CVA? since it's noon time it would be possible na init na at that time:-)well if it's cva then, he's window of chance to thrombolize is only less than 1 hr since "time is brain" everything is serious why cant we give Aspirin (if he can chew) first dose prehosp. High BP is most common is CVA. Late detection is crucial causing atrial fib is (+) if late:-) i love you jobs guys just KEEP it up! mabuhay po kayo!
