On March 22, 2012, the office of Risk Reduction Management Office receive wheelchair donation from Taiwan's Buddha's Light Association International. Four wheelchair was donated by the organization. Sir Darwin Papa our Medical Response Officer and accompanied by four staff (Mr. Tan, Mr. Yap) includes yours truly official documentator and photographer (Mr. Peñaranda) attended the blessing ceremony and turnover the donated wheelchair.
The Buddhist also share some words at the turnover. "This was donated by our fellow members and Buddhist in Taiwan and We where blessed to know that your office response to all emergency. We hope that this will be in good use and it's up to your office on how to use it. We are truly happy to donate our wheelchair to your office.", She said.
Our Medical Response Officer share also views and words to the member of BLAI. "We are grateful to receive your wheelchair and hope your temple and all your members will be full of grace to come. The Iloilo City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office is very grateful. Thank you...", Sir Darwin Papa said.
