At around 7pm (March 4, 2012), I was there making a turn towards City Proper in Jalandoni, Jaro from SM City Iloilo in Mandurriao. And called our base through emergency radio that two motor cycle head-on collition in-front of Nelly's Garden in Jaro. Also at the seen one of Traffic Management officer also present. The Traffic Officer use my radio to call there base to report the motor vehicle accident due to his radio low battery at that time. ICER base info that rescue one ambulance proceeding at the seen. One of the patient sustained minor injuries and stay at the scene. One was quickly brought by his friend to WVSU Medical Center with three fingers severely cut. Patient refuse to be brought to Hospital. (ICER 061)
