Drowning in San Isidro

 March 26, 2012; 11:00 am ; ICER dispatch received a call from Jaro Police Station, about a boy that went The team waited for confirmation from the police on the veracity of the information, after a few minutes, the police team on the area confirmed the incident, upon receipt of the confirmation, ICER Rescue1 was dispatched to the scene together with other rescue volunteer groups. By now, it was confirmed  to be drowned. Some locals residents were looking for the boy in another area with the belief that the boy was carried upstream by the current brought about by the tide. However the composite team from ICER and MT. Tigers Inc. refused to believe that the boy was carried away and decided to conduct a search on the area where he was last seen. While the composite rescue team prepared for the search and rescue operation, the boy's grandfather who was still in the general area where the boy was last seen shouted "I found him!!!". The composite rescue teams quickly took the limp body of the boy and loaded him to the spine board and began performing CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) to try recirculating oxygenated blood in the boy's body. At around 11:45am nearly an hour from the time the team was activated. The team have already recovered the boy, loaded him into the ambulance and transported the patient to the nearest hospital, namely (WVSU Medical Center). However he was pronounce DOA in the emergency room after being attached to an ECG (electrocardiograph) and registered a flat-line after a few minutes at WVSU Medical Center.
