March 6, 2012, just after the fire call. The remaining team on the office receive a call asking for help in the pedestrian crossing in Aldeguer corner J.M. Basa Streets in downtown Iloilo. A female crossing the pedestrian lane suddenly tumbled in use to be reflector on the streets. The damage street reflector was long been complained by people use to cross this street. One man approach us that this street reflector was been several accident already even ICER didn't existed way back before 2003. The man also stressed that this damage street reflector will be remove. While this man complaining to us about it. Another person passing the pedestrian lane suddenly tumbled by this damage street reflector but quickly averted.
