ICER New Antenna
ICER radio "Alert
Base" upgraded with a new antenna set-up. From the old antenna since it services July
23, 2003 with F23 model antenna to a new 4 bay folded model antenna. This was a
project of ICER staff and project headed by Bernard Paniergo and with the help
of the following who also put their effort and finance by the project head
Bernard Paniergo and the team includes by Eb Blair Penaranda, Aicila Plenago,
Randy Plenago, Mickey Bilbao, Rey Belleza, Luben Villarino, Raymond Demafelis,
and also with participation of Iloilo Emregency Radio Communications (IERCom),
Alle Ssan Jovero, Ralph Arenio, Releigh Cubil, and through the supervision of
Darwin Papa and Engr. Jose Papa. The team erected the new antenna last May 8,
2012 with ICER radio antenna and included with the new antennas for Police, BFP
and Traffic. The project was completed by early evening of the following day May 9, 2012. (ebsp)
