Male Knocked Unconscious at Brgy. Conpection

Last May 16, 2012, a call from Brgy. Conception outpost reported a male in 30’s was knocked unconscious and brought to the Barangay Hall. Medic 3 crew with the team leader Randy responds to the call-up. Along the way at the edge of Plaza Libertad, a jeepney wave franticly to stop the ambulance. Medic 3 ambulance stops and while the crew check on what’s going on. The crew was surprise to see the patient is still unconscious and brought to the back of the ambulance. The crew opens the back of the ambulance, loads the patient, quickly assesses the patient and reported to the base. Medic 3 team leader ask if where is there hospital choice and they answered WVSU Medical Center. The team leader informed the base the hospital of choice and slowly proceeded to the direction to Jaro. After the base called WVSU Medical Center in Jaro to inform them the hospital were loaded of patient that moment but they will check the patient condition before heading toward another hospital. Team leader Randy, ask if any other hospital choice and they answered back WVMC in Mandurriao. After WVSU Medical Center assesses the patient, ICER Medic 3 ambulance proceeded to the said Western Visayas Medical Center in Mandurriao. (ebsp)
