Lapaz Covered Gym Basket Ball Response
On May 14, 2012 at 7:20 in the evening, a call from office of the youth and sports
division who was on La Paz Covered Gym covering the game of the basketball
league. A player was injured by accidental hit by an elbow from the other
player on the head. Medic 3 Ambulance with the crew proceeded to the said
scene. After 10 mins., the ambulance arrived at the scene and proceeded to the
patient. The crew assesses the patient and was confirmed that the patient had a
deep 1 inch laceration on the left temporal lobe and needed to be stitch. The
patient and the guardian told that they will be the one to bring the patient
after the game. The crew dresses the wound and strongly advice to be brought to
a hospital after the game. The crew also signs the refusal before heading back
