Last year,
ICER held the Disaster Simulation Drill in-line with Disaster Preparedness
Month on July 25. The simulation was a test on the actual response time to
getting to the accident area in rapid time. The scenario involves with multi
cab loaded with passengers and thrown out a lot of passengers on the sides, a
taxi driver was pin down also at the scene, but no passenger on board at the time
of the accident. Also involve on the scene, a tamaraw FX hit the front left side
of the taxi and the driver knock unconscious. And finally, a tricycle also hit
both tamaraw FX and the taxi making the tricycle sandwich by the two vehicles.
After the simulation
drill, all rescue groups involve gather for debrief if any is locking on the
response plus reactions poured-in and answered by ICER. Positive critic
accepted and also helps if any scenario arrived. (ebsp)
