Pick-up hit Concrete Bearer in-front of JBLCF Molo

Looking back a year ago on August 3, 2011 at 3:30 a.m., a call from Molo Police a pick-up slams concrete bearer in-front of John B. Lacson College Foundation Molo flyover. After 5 minutes from the call Medic 2 ambulance and Rescue 1 ambulance arrived at the scene. The driver was sitting inside the jeep and was intoxicated. Some taxi drivers told the crew that the pick-up is driving at the wrong side from Molo Plaza until ending up at the scene. They also added that he is driving fast. The patient was not pinned down by the pick-up. The utility pick-up was owned by DPWH base in Sta. Barbara, Iloilo and driven by office personnel of the said office. The patient was pulled out from the pick-up and assesses unto the ambulance and brought to Iloilo Doctors’ Hospital in West Timawa after 10 min from the time of the arrival of the team. (ebsp)
