October 2, 2009 PICER visited ICER

Iloilo City Emergency Responders was visited by Passi City Emergency Responders together with their Ambulance. This was last October 2, 2009 at around 11 o’clock in the evening after a transport a patient from Passi City to WVSU Medical Center. The PiCER was a product of Iloilo City Emergency Responders after ICER was formed in 2003. Before heading back to Passi City they have dinner with their mentors for another transport with another patient to be brought back to Passi City and ICER volunteers had a glance of PiCER ambulance.
