The ICER Technical Team is a special team to dispatch
as Advance Life Support, High Angle Rescue, Special Operations, Anti-Dengue
Operations, Collapes Structure Rescue, Vehicular Extracation and also includes
Iloilo City Composite Dive Rescue Team called LASER (Land Air Sea Emergency
Rescue) Team. Team headed by Darwin Papa, EMT-A. Technical team vehicle is
Medic 1 Ambulance.
