First Aid at Jaro

April 3, 2012 at around 5:50pm. Jaro Police station called for a first aid. Medic 3 proceed at the police station. Upon entering the investigation room. The crew saw the patient in yellow t-shirt with blood dripping on his left side above the ear. The crew applied first aid and get vital signs. As we interview what happen to him. He told us that he was protecting another person. He didn't know the other person in good faith. He protect her together with the husband. The other person was a victim of cellphone and grocery goods stancher. He eventually verbally stop the perpetrator. But in split second the snatcher turned hit him in the head with a hard object. He added, It look like a pipe. After the other person notice that his wife was intended to be snatch with some groceries and a cellphone. The husband ask for help with other civilian around the area and apprehend the perpetrator. The perpetrator was a rogue veteran in the city. He as on the list at the rogue gallery the we notice the picture in the list at the back our where we first aid the patient. The veteran snatcher had also sustained beating from the people responded to the scene. We also applied first aid to him and after we head back to the office. (ICER-061)
