10 clicks before 8 in the evening at April 2, 2012. A motorcycle overtook a motorcycle and side-swiped another. The incident occured in Brgy. Mohon in Arevalo, fronting Shell Gas Station. It was reported by Traffic enforcers on the scene. Upon arrival, Medic 2 crew noted a female patient, assessment was performed on her inside the ambulance. She added that the other two victim was rush to the nearest hospital by a taxi passing by. The patient sustained minor injuries. She refused medical transport and signed the refusal form after application of initial treatment. (ICER-061, jgp)
